Hosted by POST + Angela Eastman of Flag Mountain Jewelry
Wednesday May 1st, 2019 from 6pm to 9pm
Get introduced to the fun twisted world of wire working.
Each student will learn how to wield a variety of tools such as pliers, files, and hammers while manipulating wire in artful kinetic ways. This knowledge will enable them to create a custom necklace along with a lovely pair of earrings during this 3 hour workshop. Colourful beads and different metal types will be made available to ensure everyone heads home with a beautiful one-of-a-kind set. Don’t wear jewelry? No problem! Students can also opt to make a wired wall hanging instead.
All tools and materials will be included in this basic hands-on workshop.
