Hosted by POST + Monique Herzig (Alchemy Slow Living)
Saturday February 23rd from 3 to 5pm
Ever notice how you can slather that shea butter or coconut oil on all winter long and your skin is still dry? Which oils make the best ‘bases’? What additives are best for the needs of your skin? What essential oils are best for ________?
During this two hour make & take workshop, Monique will cover Natural Skincare 101. Learn the science of skincare and recipes for hand-made, plant-based products, created especially for your skincare needs. She will share her knowledge of the Ayurvedic concept of balance to achieve wellness. Take advantage of her large collection of plant essences and bases to create your own unique oil.
Each student will take home their own custom oil blend for hair, body, and bath.
