What are your intentions and desires? What do you want? \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe will start by exploring our intentions through discussion and some quick jotting down of ideas, then we will write our intentions DIRECTLY onto the canvas, letting them “sink in” before we paint over them. The words will eventually be entirely covered with paint but their power will be very much alive in the finished piece, acting as a talisman or charm. I love abstract art and find it works well for my own intention paintings, but if you want to do a landscape or seascape or a portrait…or just fingerpaint, go for it!  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI will guide you along and ask you to really trust your gut when it comes to applying the paint.
