Dive into the world of art therapy with multi-media artist, Shug aka Sheri Lee Robinson. Take a journey into the compelling art-making technique known as Neurographic Art for an inspiring afternoon in the POST studio!

Neurographic Art is an accessible and rewarding form of art-making that can nurture creativity, mindfulness, and emotional well-being in students of all ages and abilities. By encouraging free expression, eliminating the fear of mistakes, and tapping into the power of the right brain, neurographic art empowers the exploration of artistic potential and self-discovery.  This technique is a structured yet free-flowing method of art-making that centers on creating organic, neuron-like lines and shapes that can be colored in with paint, pencils or markers to create a soothing and meaningful abstract composition. Relaxing, easy and fun for all.

Aprons, gloves, and all materials/tools/supplies will be provided.

Each attendee will take home at least one completed work of art, along with the know-how and inspiration to continue making on their own.

About the Instructor:

Shug (Sheri Lee Robinson) is an accomplished Abstract Art instructor at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center in Birmingham, Michigan and a working fine artist. Her sold out courses have her students glowing with creative flow and leaving with bold new bodies of exciting work Her dedication to her practice and her compelling, surrealist/abstract painting style has attracted admirers and collectors from all over the world.
