Learn the basic tools needed for common tasks in and around the house. Perfect for homeowners and renters alike!

You’ll gain plenty of hands-on practice spackling, drilling, measuring, and tackling common issues (like what to do when your screw strips!). Walk away with the ability to identify and work with different wall types, and how to effectively operate the most common and helpful household tools:

• Anchors & Assorted Hardware
• Patching and Repairing Drywall
• Levels & Measuring Tools
• Power Drills vs. Hammer Drills vs. Impact Drivers
  
• Stud Finders & more!

All students must wear closed toe shoes for this workshop. Refrain from wearing loose clothing or anything that dangles. Tie up long hair and tuck away your jewelry and headscarves.

About the Instructors:

Wayne Maki is a woodworker, maker, and entrepreneur. As co-owner of Mutual Adoration and POST, he builds frames, housewares, and large furniture pieces, mostly using reclaimed wood. Wayne is a pro at both commercial and residential projects.
