Limited Edition Gold Finch Floral Tray by Stacey Malasky + Mutual Adoration
This piece is a collaboration between Mutual Adoration and artist Stacey Malasky. It is a limited edition of only 25 - so order your's now!
Mutual Adoration prepared the birch bases, then brought them to Stacey’s studio, where she screen printed her original illustration. The design features a bounty of botanicals alongside a gold finch. Stacey's printing skill truly shines - using two methods of registration and only four colors of ink - it is quite incredible to see all of details pop in full color.
The birch bases were then framed with stained and waxed reclaimed oak. Each one has been coated with polyurethane for durability. Use as a tray or hang on the wall.
Measures 15" wide by 13" tall by 1.25" deep.
Care instructions: Wipe clean when needed with a damp cloth. Keep tray dry when not in use. Can be stored on a tabletop, but it's also easy to hang on a wall for display.

Stacey Malasky is an artist, illustrator, and screen printer living and working out of Detroit. She is a founding co-owner of Ocelot Print Shop, a community screen printing shop in the Cass Corridor. All of Stacey's screen prints are made from her original drawings. Each one is a little unique, because they are all hand pulled. She is endlessly inspired by the natural world, especially her backyard eco-system. She uses eco-friendly, water based inks for paper and textile printing. All of her prints are printed on French Paper, a Michigan based family owned paper mill that creates lovely papers. Stacey's tea towels are printed on 100% cotton towels that are also produced in Michigan, by a small family owned business.
Mutual Adoration goods are handcrafted in a women-run wood shop in Detroit. We use locally-sourced reclaimed wood, environmentally responsible paints and wood stains, and American-made hardware.
