Following the proverb, ‘the best way to know a man is to walk a thousand miles in his shoes,’ SRB believes that to know who they are working with and to understand their lives, they need to live like and with them. They live amongst their artist groups for an extended period of time. During that time, they help them become self-sustainable by developing their designs, management techniques, quality control and computer skills.

Created by a self-professed puzzle snob As a working mom with three kids, puzzles became a form of meditation that I would turn to at the end of the day. The challenge: I admit it - I'm a puzzle snob. I love puzzles but I didn't really see my style and standards in the puzzle I could find in my community. I want art that is beautiful, colourful & fun - something that I would gladly put on my wall. I want puzzle pieces that fit together perfectly and don't glare when placed in overhead light. And I want packaging that is as beautiful as home decor - because it often is.
