It's no secret—we love our dogs here at POST! Now you can join us by making a lasting impression of your pup's paw. Get ready for cuteness overload.

Each appointment will last around 15 minutes. We book sessions throughout the day so that the entire shop and studio is not overrun with pups all at once!

We’ll have everything ready to get a great print in fresh, very soft clay. The ceramic tiles will be finished and bisque fired. We’ll then paint the paw prints in a color of your choice with the name of your pet, before glazing and second firing.

Once your glaze is set, your pieces will be loaded into the kiln to be fired. All work will be ready within 2 weeks after class. Please note that custom framing will add a week. We will call/email to let you know when your projects are ready for pick up. POST is also happy to ship.

About the Instructor:

Mitch Segall is a native Michigander, a proud MSU alum, and the founder of Central Ceramics Co. He has been working with clay for nearly 20 years and teaching for over 10 years. Mitch has apprenticed in a number of pottery studios and is the manager of Pewabic Pottery’s gallery shop. He loves exploring shape, texture, and color, and stretching those elements within the limitations of clay. Mitch’s current body of work reflects the aesthetics and inspirations discovered during his time living in Central America.
