Sewing Workshop: Mini Stockings

*This is a Beginner Level workshop - this means that you don't need to know much about sewing but you must know how to thread a machine and wind a bobbin. If you are a total newbie and unsure how to use a sewing machine, you may want to start with our Sewing Machine Essentials workshop. 

Join us for an evening of sewing - specifically focused on creating lined linen Christmas stockings. How darling are these cuties? They're sure to become a holiday favorite!

Learn your way around a sewing machine while you get into the Christmas spirit. Donna will have a variety of linen and cotton prints to choose from. These mini stockings may be used as cutlery holders for a festive table setting. Make a set for yourself or create some lovely gifts - they are perfect to use as gift card holders for some lucky loved ones.

Please bring your own sewing machine if you wish to learn on your own equipment or you may use a POST studio machine during the class. Please select your preference when you checkout.

About the Instructor:

Donna Killeen is the owner and creator of Detroit Apron Company. She enjoys working with natural linen and cotton fabrics to create aprons, hand towels, and market bags. Donna has been teaching at POST since 2018!
