BreeAnn Veenstra designs all products by starting with hand painted original works. These are drawn and painted in gouache, watercolor, and pen and ink, often using one of her favorite tools: a traditional dip/nib pen passed down from her grandfather. It has a habit of making the most beautiful marks, and reminds her that there is often as much grace in imperfections (if not at times more so).
