DorcasCreates is a UK based illustration brand that seeks to celebrate and uplift Black women through fun vibrant illustrated products and bold statement jewelery. A largely self taught artist; Dorcas loves to play with color and pattern to produce pieces that are joyous yet powerful. Each illustration starts as a black and white pen drawing before being scanned and digitally edited in Photoshop and Illustrator. Dorcas draws inspiration from the Black women she encounters in her day to life.
