These Middle Eastern–inspired crackers are sumac-forward, offering a vibrant tanginess balanced by a smoky finish from nigella seeds sprinkled on top. Bold in flavor and deeply satisfying, they bring a unique twist to any snack board or appetizer spread. Bold enough to snack on their own but pair beautifully with funky, aged cheeses like blue or washed rind varieties and spicy dips.
