Arugula is an aromatic, peppery salad green that has recently found its way into new dishes.  This veggie does well in both the warm and cold seasons, so you can enjoy a nice long harvest with consistent sowing every three weeks.
  • Directly sow outdoors after the last frost or soil temperature is above 40°
  • For the best results, plant seeds in well-drained, moist soil about ⅛” deep in a location with partial sun, full sun or partial shade
