Made in small batches, Fox Fungi's Wild Mushroom Confit is a blend of mushrooms (enoki, maitake, chanterelles, lion's mane, oyster, etc.) slow cooked for several hours with white wine, apple cider vinegar, agave, shallots, Valencia sweet onions and spices and infused with truffle oil.
Try it on a crostini, in a burger, a charcuterie, on baked brie, a gravy or soup starter, smeared in a grilled cheese, anywhere you are craving a refined mushroom flavor.

Hi fungi enthusiasts! We are Rachel and Kevin and we have a small urban mushroom farm in Denver, Colorado. What started as a hobby in our basement grew to a blooming business. We love oyster mushrooms (the more varieties, the better) and exotic strains as well. We adopt and foster senior dogs too!
